Final Stint Digital ("we", "us", "our") is an Australian sole trader based in Adelaide, South Australia. We build lifestyle apps designed to help people manage their wellbeing — quietly and without fuss. That same philosophy applies to how we handle your personal information.
We collect the minimum data necessary, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to advertise to you. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how.
This policy is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What We Collect
We currently collect personal information in one context only — our mailing list sign-up form on this website. When you subscribe, we collect:
Your name (optional) — so we can address you personally if we email you.
Your email address (required) — so we can send you the updates you asked for.
We do not collect payment information, location data, device identifiers, or any other personal data via this website.
Why We Collect It
Your email address is collected solely to send you launch announcements, beta access invites, and significant updates about Final Stint Digital apps. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content unrelated to our apps.
We will only contact you when we have something genuinely worth saying.
How We Store It
Mailing list data is stored and managed via Buttondown, a third-party email platform. Buttondown stores data on servers located in the United States. By subscribing, you consent to your information being stored in this way. You can review Buttondown's own privacy policy at buttondown.com/legal/privacy.
We do not store your personal information on any other systems beyond what is necessary to operate this website and mailing list.
Cloudflare
This website is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare. As part of normal operation, Cloudflare may collect anonymous technical data such as IP addresses and request metadata for security and performance purposes. Who We Share It With
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes — ever.
We only share your data with the third-party services listed above (Buttondown, Cloudflare) to the extent necessary to operate this website and mailing list.
Your Rights
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send. Your data will be removed promptly.
You also have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, or to request its correction or deletion. To do so, contact us at privacy@finalstint.digital and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to This Policy
As our apps launch and our data practices evolve, we will update this policy accordingly. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. We won't send you notifications of minor changes, but if anything significant changes we'll note it clearly.
